Your Entry, Routine And Exit Condition Reports | Web Access (Owner)

  1. On the side menu, click Home.
    Click Home.png
  2. Click the name of the required routine inspection to view.
    Click Inspection.png

You will find the following information for the inspection:

General

A general note regarding the property left by the agent.

Rooms

Below the General section, each room will be listed separately with the following information:

Inspection Date

This is the date when the agent inspected the property.

Documents

The Documents section will list any documents attached directly to the inspection. Click the document name to view it.

Suggested Follow Up Actions

The "Suggested follow up actions" section lists any suggestions the agent may have.

  • Depending on the agency, if there are no suggestions, they may still create one stating as such.
  • Otherwise, this section will be blank.

Other inspected areas

The "Other inspected areas" section lists all remaining rooms with no comments or photos attached.
