This article covers what information is available for any current and previous jobs against your property.

Home Page
Current and previous jobs are listed under Activity on the Home page. Each job will list the following:

The current status
- New: The agent creates it or marks a tenant's maintenance request as approved.
- Assigning Tradie: The job is approved without a quote attached, and no tradesperson has been assigned yet.
- Arranging Quotes: The agent is arranging quotes.
- The due date
- The summary
- When it was reported
- An image of the issue (if one is provided).
Click on the job summary to view the details.
Job Details
Statuses
Within the job, you will see a more specific status.
- Reported: The agent has accepted a tenant's maintenance request, or the agent has manually created the job.
- Approved: The agent has approved the job without a quote attached.
- Quoted: The agent is arranging quotes.
- Assigned: The job has been assigned to a tradesperson.
- Finished: The work on the job has finished, and is awaiting the bill to be attached.
- Completed: The bill for the job has been attached, or the agent has manually marked it as complete.
Photos
Any photos uploaded to the job are visible in the central area of the job.
Details
The Details section lists the following information:
- Description of the job
- Who reported the job
- When the job was reported
- When the job is due to be completed
Quotes
The Quotes section lists the following details of each quote entered against the job:
- The tradeperson's name/company name
- The amount quoted
- The file name of the attached quote document
- If you wish to view the quote, please contact your property manager and request that they send it.
- Quote reference number
If one of the quoted tradespeople is assigned to the job, the quote will be marked as Assigned.
Bills
The Bills section lists the following information for the bill that has been attached to the job:
- The total bill amount (inclusive of tax, if applicable)
- The file name of the attached bill document
- To view the bill, you must access it via the PropertyMe Mobile App
- The date the bill was created
- The reference number of the bill
