Current Balance (all properties)
The Current Balance (all properties) provides a snapshot of your current financials since your last disbursement. This information is accessible via the Home page.

Net balance: Funds currently available to be disbursed to you.
- (Opening balance + Money in) - (Money out + Unpaid bills)

Opening balance: Funds held back against your account from the last disbursement.
- You will typically have an opening balance in situations such as a withhold being applied against your account or insufficient funds to pay all due bills.
- Money in: Funds that have come into your account since the last disbursement.

Money out: Funds that have left your trust since the last disbursement
- This can include transactions, such as reimbursements to the tenant.
- Disbursements do not count as money out.
- Uncleared funds: Funds that have been receipted against your account, but have yet to clear.
- Unpaid bills: The combined total of all bills currently due for payment.
Financial Activity
The Financial Activity (all properties) graph displays the total money flowing in and out over the past 12 months. This information is accessible via the Home page.
Financials Page
The Financials page displays financial information for the selected property. By default, the data displayed is for the current month.
Date Range
Click the Custom Date Range button to range as needed.
Monthly Activity
The Monthly Activity graph shows total money in and out for the property, per month.
- Hover your cursor over each bar for money in and out totals.
Expenses Breakdown
The Expenses Breakdown is a pie graph that visualises the breakdown of your overall expenses, separating them by what the expense is for.
- Hover your cursor over each pie chart segment for the total money value and percentage.
Transaction List
The Transaction List shows combined information for all transactions based on the type and month. For example, all management fee payments are combined under "Management fee".
The list displays the following information:
- The month and year of the combined transactions
- A description of the transactions

The combined tax included in the transactions (if applicable)
- Example: All management fees paid in May 2025 have a combined tax of $36.00.
- Example: All management fees paid in May 2025 have a combined tax of $36.00.

The total money out of the transactions (if applicable)
- Example: The total rent received in May 2025 is $1,800.
- Example: The total rent received in May 2025 is $1,800.

The total money in of the transactions (if applicable)
- Example: The total amount paid in management fees in May 2025 is $396 (including tax).
Below this list, you will find the overall combined totals of:
- Tax paid (this amount is included in the total debit amount)
- Debits (money out)
- Credits (money in)
