When the agent has created a job, or has marked a tenant's maintenance request as approved, the job will appear as New on the Home screen.
You will see the following information on the job card:
- Status: The current status of the job - "New".

Property Address: The property the job is concerning.
- Only appears if you have selected All Properties.
- The address is not noted on the card if you are viewing a specific property.
- Due Date: The due date for the job to be completed.
- Description: Short description of the job - "Leaking Tap".
- Reported Date: The date the job was reported.
- Image Preview
Tap on the job card to view more information:

Description: Short description of the job - "Leaking Tap".
- Appears at the top of the job card as well as its own section.
- Job Number: The job number - "#00006".
- Property Address: The property the job is concerning.
- Property Details: Number of beds, bathrooms and car spaces.
- More Details: A more detailed description of the job.
- Photos
- Status: The current status of the job - "New".
- Reported By: The person who reported the job
- Reported On: The date the job was reported.
Arranging Quotes
Once the agent starts arranging quotes, the status of the job changes to Arranging Quotes.
Tap on the job card to view information for each quote:

Quote Reference: The quote reference number - "Ref. #12345678".
- It may be blank, as the agent doesn't enter this information until they receive the quote.
- Supplier Name: The name of the supplier attached to the quote - "Pete's Plumbing".

Amount: The amount quoted.
- It may be blank, as the agent doesn't enter this information until they receive the quote.

Attachment: The name of the uploaded quote and the date it was uploaded.
- Tap the quote name to view the uploaded document.
- It may be blank, as the agent doesn't enter this information until they receive the quote.
- Created On: The date the agent created the quote request.
In Progress
Once an agent marks a quote as approved (or approved the job without a quote if one was not required), the status of the job changes to In Progress.
The name of the assigned supplier now appears on the job card.
Tap on the job card to view information for each quote:

Tradie: The name of the supplier assigned to the job.
- If a quote is approved, the approved quote will be marked as Assigned.
At this point, the job will stay on the Home Screen until the agent marks the job as complete.
