Accessing Property Information
- From the Home screen tap, tap Property Info.
- Tap Info.
Net Balance
The Net Balance section shows current financial information since the last disbursement.
- Net Balance: The total amount less any outstanding bills.

Opening Balance: The total amount held in balance from the last disbursement (if any).
- For example, this could be funds withheld for future bills.
- Money In: Funds that have come into your account since the last disbursement.
- Money Out: Funds that have left your account since the last disbursement.
- Unclear Funds: Funds that have come into your account since the last disbursement but have not cleared yet.
- Bills Outstanding: Outstanding bills awaiting payment.
Payment Summary
The Payment Summary shows general information about the tenant's rent.
- Pays: The rent amount and frequency.
- Paid up to: The date the tenant is paid up to.
Property Details
The Property Details section shows general information about the property and tenancy.
- Address: The property address.
- Tenant: The tenant(s) name(s).
- Agreement from: The tenancy agreement start date
- Moved in: The tenancy move in date.
