MePay payments can take up to 2 business days to be deducted from your nominated account. Weekends and Public Holidays may further delay this.
However, automated MePay Payments are automatically disabled when one of the following scenarios happens:
- An automated payment has been dishonoured.
- Your lease has expired.
- You have paid in full to your move-out date.
- Your custom schedule has reached its end date.
If you need MePay to be re-enabled, please contact your agent to request that they re-enable it (where possible). Once re-enabled, you can set up the automation again.
