You Haven't Set Up MePay Yet
Before you can automate your payments, you need to set up MePay first.

No Option To Set Up MePay
Ensure the PropertyMe Mobile App is up to date.
- Download for free from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
If you have updated the app and are still unable to find the option to set up MePay, it is likely because your Property Manager has not enabled MePay for your tenancy.
Please contact your Property Manager for further assistance or an alternative payment method.
You Are Part Of A Shared Tenancy
While the MePay functionality allows each tenant to set it up with their bank account, the automation feature is designed to only use the account of the tenant who set it up. This means that when rent is due to be withdrawn, the entire amount due will be withdrawn from a single account.
